If, like us, you had to decide which type of holiday home you would prefer to buy - but would still enjoy spending some time in alternative resorts or surroundings on occasion - then this is the way to do it!


A typical 'swap' would be a week in the mountains skiing in the winter season for a week on the beach in the summer season where the apartments are similar in size and value.  Or it may be that 2 weeks is offered against a larger villa etc. 

 
All you need to do is register your holiday home with us to confirm your agreement in principle to offer your apartment to someone with a holiday home of their own who is also willing to swap their apartment.  Individual negotiations are made between the two parties and there are no fees taken, or percentages for rental by anyone involved.  We are here to offer help with tips and suggestions for this process and can also manage the bookings for you if this is useful but we will not intervene unless help is required.


Following your registration we will send you an information pack which will detail tips and suggestions and an overview of how this exchange can help all of us enjoy holiday homes across the world.
